Wedding Cake Booking Retainer

Secure your wedding date with Jonesin’ Delightz 

This non-refundable retainer officially reserves your wedding date and begins the design and booking process for your custom wedding cake experience.

Once your retainer has been submitted, your event date will be placed on our calendar and no additional wedding orders will be accepted for your reserved date once booking capacity has been reached.

What the Retainer Includes

• Reservation of your wedding/event date
• Initial design and order planning
• Ongoing wedding cake communication and coordination
• Custom quote and finalized invoice preparation
• Wedding cake production scheduling

Important Booking Information

• This retainer is non-refundable and will be applied toward your final balance.
• Submission of this retainer does not represent payment in full.
• Remaining balance and finalized order details will be invoiced separately.
• Final balances for wedding orders are typically due 3 weeks prior to the event date unless otherwise stated.
• Wedding tastings are a separate service and are not included with the retainer unless specifically noted.

Design & Ordering Process

After your booking retainer has been submitted:

1. Final design inspiration and details will be reviewed
2. Flavor selections and serving count will be finalized
3. Delivery/setup details will be confirmed
4. A detailed final invoice will be sent outlining your complete order specifications and remaining balance

Wedding cake delivery and setup are coordinated closer to the event date based on venue access and timeline details.

For tiered cakes, delivery is required to ensure safe transport and professional setup.
