    All pre-orders are shipped Monday through Wednesday only to reduce the risk of delays and ensure product freshness.

    Orders are processed and shipped within 7–10 business days from the date of purchase. If production is completed earlier, orders may ship sooner at our discretion.

    If overnight shipping is selected, the order will ship the next available shipping day after items have been fully baked, packaged, and prepared for carrier pickup.

    All orders include tracking information, which will be sent via email once the shipping label has been created. Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking updates, including checking spam or junk folders.

    Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Jonesin’ Delightz is no longer responsible for delivery timing, delays, or handling. We do not have control over carrier operations.

    While all items are packaged with care, Jonesin’ Delightz is not responsible for damage caused during transit. Many shipping options include carrier insurance, which must be handled directly through the selected carrier.

    Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at the time of purchase. Jonesin’ Delightz is not responsible for orders that are delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information.

    If a package is returned and the product is still in acceptable condition, reshipping may be arranged at the customer’s expense. No refunds will be issued for orders impacted by incorrect or incomplete address details unless the error is due to Jonesin’ Delightz.
