FAQs:

When will my Delightz arrive?

All Delightz are baked and shipped fresh Monday - Wednesday. The recommended shipping time (typically 2-3 days through UPS) for your box will depend on the day of the week as well as any US holidays that may effect shipping times (Thanksgiving, Christmas, Valentines Day, etc.).

All pre orders placed by Saturday 8 EST time will ship out the following Monday-Wednesday to ensure that your order does not get stuck in a post office facility over the weekend.

After placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation that we have received your order on our end. You will then receive another email once your order has been processed for shipping through the UPS with tracking information.

How should I store my Delightz once they arrive?

You should store All Delightz (except Cake Jars) at room temperature for up to 3 days upon delivery (all cookies are shipped in self adhesive-sealed bags). If you are wanting to enjoy your Delightz after the 3-day window, simply place items in refrigerator for up to 2 weeks or seal your Delightz in an air-tight freezer bag and place them in the freezer for up to 3 months.

Once you are ready to serve, simply allow Delightz to come to room temperature or reheat your frozen Delightz by baking them in your oven at 350 degrees F for 8 - 10 minutes or until the center of each is warm.

You should store your Cake Jars in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks or freezer up to 3 months. Allow Cake Jar to come to room temperature and enjoy. 

How do I re-heat my Delightz for the perfect freshly-baked taste?

Our cookies & brownies are best served warm! Please follow the directions below for re-heating your cookies:

• OVEN: Heat your oven to 350 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, take your cookies out of their packaging, and bake for ~5 minutes

• MICROWAVE: Place one unwrapped cookie on a microwave-safe plate and heat in the microwave for 15 - 20 seconds.

Can I return my Delightz?

Due to the product being a perishable food item, Jonesin' Delightz is not able to offer returns or refunds. Should you have any questions or concerns regarding your order, please reach out to JonesinDelightz@gmail.com and our team will be happy to help.

Are the Delightz allergen-free?

Jonesin' Delightz is a certified home-based bakery and prepares all desserts in the same kitchen facility. If you have a nut, gluten, or dairy allergy, these cookies are not recommended as cross-contamination with other desserts containing those ingredients is always a possibility in the kitchen. Please see below for the full list of ingredients:
