📦 Reshipment Policy 📦

Let’s get your order back on its way!

A $20 reshipment fee applies to orders returned as undeliverable when the shipping label matches the address provided at checkout, including incorrect or incomplete addresses. This fee covers postage and handling and must be paid before your returned package is shipped again.

Before we can reship your order:
• Your package must be returned to us.
• The reshipment fee must be paid.
• Your corrected shipping address must be confirmed.

Please include your original order number at checkout and contact us with your complete, updated shipping address.

This fee covers reshipping your returned items only; it does not include replacement products.
