When will my Puh-Kawn Candy arrive?

All orders prepared and shipped fresh Monday - Wednesday. The recommended shipping time (typically 2-3 days through UPS) for your box will depend on the day of the week as well as any US holidays that may effect shipping times (Thanksgiving, Christmas, Valentines Day, etc.).

All orders will ship within 7-10 business days from date of payment. Orders ship at peak of the week to ensure that your order does not get stuck in a post office facility over the weekend.

After placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation that we have received your order on our end. You will then receive another email once your order has been processed for shipping through the UPS with tracking information.

How should I store my Puh-Kawn Candy once they arrive?

You should store pralines at room temperature for up to 5 days upon delivery (all pralines are shipped in self adhesive-sealed bags). If you are wanting to enjoy your pralines after the 5-day window, simply seal your Delightz in an air-tight freezer bag and place them in the freezer for up to 3 months. Once you are ready to serve simply allow brownies to come to room temperature.

Can I return my Delightz?

Are the Delightz allergen-free?

Jonesin' Delightz is a certified home-based bakery and prepares all desserts in the same kitchen facility. If you have a nut, gluten, or dairy allergy, these cookies are not recommended as cross-contamination with other desserts containing those ingredients is always a possibility in the kitchen.
