Important Information:

Our Cake Jars are handmade, so slight variations in appearance, layering, and color are natural.

All products are prepared in a shared home kitchen that handles dairy, eggs, wheat, tree nuts, peanuts, soy, and other allergens. Products may contain or come into contact with these ingredients. Please disclose any known food allergies or dietary concerns before purchasing. We cannot guarantee an allergen-free product.

Shipping & Freshness:

Orders are freshly prepared and ship within 7–10 business days after payment. Processing time is separate from shipping time.

We ship Monday through Wednesday only to help reduce the possibility of packages remaining in transit over the weekend.

Overnight shipping is strongly recommended for the best freshness and product quality. Available shipping options are shown at checkout. Longer transit times may affect freshness and quality.

Delivery estimates are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed. Once your package is transferred to the carrier, Jonesin’ Delightz cannot control delivery schedules, carrier delays, or delivery attempts. If a shipping issue occurs, please contact us so we can review it.

An order confirmation will be sent from jonesindelightz@gmail.com, followed by tracking details once your shipping label is printed. Please check your spam or junk folder if you do not see these notifications.

Storage & Care:

Cake Jars are tightly closed, sealed, and frozen before shipment. Retrieve your package promptly upon delivery, refrigerate upon arrival, and follow the storage and best-by instructions included with your order.

For longer storage, freeze promptly and thaw in the refrigerator before enjoying. If your package arrives damaged or you have concerns about its condition, contact us before consuming the products.

Shipping Addresses & Returned Packages:

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address, including any apartment, unit, suite, or building number, at checkout.

Jonesin’ Delightz ships to the address provided. We do not offer refunds or complimentary replacements for perishable products that spoil or become unusable because of an incorrect or incomplete customer-provided address. Replacement products require a new purchase.

Returned perishable products that are no longer suitable for consumption will not be reshipped.

If Jonesin’ Delightz makes an error when addressing your shipment, we will arrange an appropriate resolution at our expense.

Returns & Order Concerns:

All sales are final. Due to the handmade and perishable nature of our Cake Jars, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges based on personal taste, flavor preference, or change of mind.

If we make an error with your order, or your products arrive damaged or defective, please contact jonesinwayllc@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the concern, and photos so we can review the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution.

This policy does not limit remedies required by applicable law.
